We do not offer exchanges: the item can be returned and a new purchase can be made.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Items must be returned intact, unused, with the security seal intact and in the original packaging complete with all accessories.

Galleria Graffiti ships worldwide via selected couriers ( Bartolini , DHL and GLS ).
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipments may be delayed during promotional periods.

Shipping is €4.90. Free for orders of €99 or more.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
Europe
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Outside Europe
Shipping cost €100.
Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments are insured at no additional cost and have tracking.
Galleria Graffiti cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other conditions beyond our control.
All our shipments are accompanied by a receipt or invoice declaring the exact value of the purchased goods in euros, as required by international laws governing import and export trade. The invoice or receipt for the order will be included in the package. If you purchase a discounted product, the shipment will be accompanied by an invoice or receipt declaring the discounted value of the items.
Failure to Deliver
If for any reason the order placed on Galleria Graffiti is not delivered to the Customer's address due to their lack of cooperation (incorrect or missing address or telephone number, etc.), as per commercial agreements, the package will be returned to our offices (Italy) at the customer's expense, including import taxes.
These fees will be deducted from any refund.
Delivery Problems
If the customer receives a package opened by Customs or the courier for external inspection, it will be resealed with security tape.
If you receive a tampered package or the tape is compromised, you can sign for the package with reservations or refuse to accept it.
We recommend that you notify our offices immediately by emailing us at shop@galleriagraffiti.com if the package has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or if there is evidence of a damaged package.
