For shipments outside the EU (including the United Kingdom and Switzerland), any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments are insured at no additional cost and include tracking.
Galleria Graffiti cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Every shipment includes a receipt or invoice stating the exact value of the goods in euros, as required by international import and export regulations. The invoice or receipt is placed inside the package. If you buy a discounted item, the invoice or receipt will state the discounted value.
Failed delivery
If an order placed on Galleria Graffiti cannot be delivered to the customer's address because of incorrect or missing information (address, phone number, etc.), the package will be returned to our premises in Italy at the customer's expense, including any import taxes.
These costs will be deducted from any refund.
Delivery issues
If you receive a package that has been opened by Customs or by the courier for inspection, it will have been resealed with security tape.
If you receive a package that has been tampered with or whose tape is damaged, you can sign for it with reservation or refuse it.
Please notify us immediately at shop@galleriagraffiti.com if the package was accepted with an unauthorised signature or shows visible damage.
The line is not suitable for return Beauty.
You can request a return within 14 days of order delivery.
We do not make exchanges: items can be returned and a new order can be placed.
Return shipping
The costs and organization of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Galleria Graffiti does not provide prepaid return labels inside the package or via email.
The customer can therefore freely choose the courier he prefers and send the return independently.
The refund does not include the cost of initial shipping.
Condition of the items
Items must be returned:
- intact and unused
- with security seal intact
- in the original packaging complete with all accessories
The Beauty line is not eligible for return.
Defective or incorrect items
In case of defective items or items received by mistake, contact our customer service: shipping costs will be covered by Galleria Graffiti.
