If the Customer is not satisfied with the order for any reason, the product(s) can be returned for a refund or exchange.
The customer can choose from the following compensation options:
- EXCHANGE
The change can be made under these conditions:
- exchanging the product for a different size;
- changing the product to a different color;
- exchanging a product for another product of the same season;
- changing a product purchased on sale ONLY with a product that is also on sale.

For customs reasons, please note that exchanges are only possible for countries belonging to the European Union. We can only exchange non-defective items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. The goods must be returned in one package.
All our exchange shipments are made with the same service as the original delivery (GLS, TNT). We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns submitted at different times from an order.
The cost of shipping the exchange is distributed as follows:
- from the customer to GALLERIA GRAFFITI this cost is charged to the customer. The customer will contact the shipper of his choice to send the package to the following address: DOGIAL srl – VIA RUVO 29 – 70033 CORATO (BA);
- once we have received the package, we will send the requested item for exchange at our expense.
- MADE
It is possible to return unused items to GALLERIA GRAFFITI within 14 days from the delivery date, after having written and received our confirmation.
TO REQUEST AUTHORIZATION TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
- no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the products, you must correctly complete and transmit the return/exchange form . The form must be requested by mail at shop@galleriagraffiti.com or by calling +390808981812 or +39 327 412 5938 ;
- the products must comply with the conditions described in the paragraph below: RETURN POLICIES* ;
- Each return shipment must bear the AUTHORIZED RETURN NUMBER on the outside of the box or inside it, which you will find on the form.
The cost of the returned products and the original shipping cost, if any, will be refunded.
As soon as the returned items are checked and accepted, the refund will be processed.
If the Customer paid by Credit Card or Paypal, the amount is normally available within 14 days of the refund date and will be viewable on the account statement; processing time may vary depending on your credit card company.
In the event that the customer has paid by bank transfer, the sum will be refunded to the original account after the customer has specified his bank details (IBAN). Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.
*RETURN POLICIES:
Customers must follow the RETURN POLICY as outlined below:
- the return item must have the Disposable seal security intact and attached to the items to be returned. It must not be removed or cut in any way;
- return items must not be worn or altered or washed and any signs of wear are not accepted. The soles of the shoes must not have any imperfections and must in any case be in perfect condition;
- perfumes, accessories and socks cannot be returned;
- returned items must have all the original tags, any original packaging received with the order and all other accessories (hangers, garment covers, envelopes, etc.). In the event that the items to be returned are shoes and other accessories, the items must be returned with their original boxes, which must not be altered, used or damaged like the outer packaging of the shipment.

In the event of defective goods or shipping errors, we will take care of the return shipment at no cost to the customer or refund the costs incurred. We will NOT accept items that have already been washed, worn or altered for any reason.
SEND A RETURN REQUEST
Click here or on the profile icon in the shop navigation and follow the instructions below.
1. Login to your account:
2. In the **Email** field enter your email address, then click on **Continue**.
3. In your email account, open the email sent from our shop and copy the six-digit verification code that is included in it.
4. Return to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.
5. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.
6. If your order includes more than one item, please select the items you wish to return.
7. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the shop.
8. Click on **Request Return**. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
IMPORTANT :
Returns of items that do not comply with the above will not be accepted.
There is a maximum of 1 return request per order (with which it is possible to request the operation for more than one product).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or sent in accordance with the return policy explained in the additional sections and in the return instructions email. In the case of unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with the expected standards, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Furthermore, we reserve the right to request photographic evidence for returns involving defective goods before authorizing the return and paying for the shipping costs for returning the goods to our offices.
