Returns and Refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of order delivery.
We do not make exchanges: items can be returned and a new order can be placed.
Return shipping
The costs and organization of the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
Galleria Graffiti does not provide prepaid return labels inside the package or via email.
The customer can therefore freely choose the courier he prefers and send the return independently.
The refund does not include the cost of initial shipping.
Condition of the items
Items must be returned:
- intact and unused
- with security seal intact
- in the original packaging complete with all accessories
The Beauty line is not eligible for return.
Defective or incorrect items
In case of defective items or items received by mistake, contact our customer service: shipping costs will be covered by Galleria Graffiti.

Graffiti Gallery ships worldwide via selected couriers (Bartolini, DHL e GLS).
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipments may be delayed during promotional periods.

Shipping €4.90.
Free for orders of €99 or more.
Delivery time: 3–5 working days.
Italian islands
Shipping €15.00.
Free for orders of €199 or more.
Europe
Shipping costs vary based on the country of destination.
Free shipping on orders of €350 or more.
Delivery time: 5–7 working days.
Outside Europe
Shipping cost equal to €100.
Any duties, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments are insured at no additional cost and equipped with tracking service.
Graffiti Gallery cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues or any other conditions beyond our control.
All our shipments are accompanied by a receipt or invoice which declares the exact value of the goods purchased in Euros as required by international laws regulating import and export trade. The invoice or order receipt will be included inside the package. If you purchase a discounted product, your shipment will be accompanied by an invoice or receipt declaring the discounted value of the items.
Failure to Deliver
If for any reason the order placed on Galleria Graffiti is not delivered to the Customer's address due to a lack of cooperation (wrong or absent address or telephone number, etc.), as per commercial agreements, the package will be returned to our offices (Italy) at the customer's expense, including import taxes.
These charges will be deducted from any refund.
Problems in Delivery
In the event that the customer receives a package opened by Customs or the Courier for external inspections, it will be re-sealed with security control tape.
In the event that you receive a package that has been tampered with or the adhesive tape is compromised, you can sign for receipt of the package with reservation or you can refuse it.
We recommend that you immediately notify our offices by writing to us via email at shop@galleriagraffiti.com in the event that the package was accepted with an unauthorized signature or in the event that there is evidence of a damaged package.
